All digital products, including ebooks, are non-refundable.
 
Once the download link is provided after purchase, we do not accept refund requests under any circumstances.
 
Please ensure you check product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
 
 
 
2. Physical Books:
 
If your physical book is delivered damaged, defective, or the wrong item is sent, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
 
We will verify the issue and, if valid, send a replacement at no extra cost.
 
We do not accept returns or cancellations for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect personal choices, or delayed delivery (unless due to our error).
 
 
 
3. Order Cancellations:
 
We do not accept cancellations after an order is placed.
 
In rare cases of technical issues or payment errors, please contact us immediately.
 
 
 
4. How to Request a Replacement (For Physical Books):

Any payment-related disputes should be addressed directly with the payment provider.
